Can not not make a connection using the Active Sync. 2009.08.27
Check if the USB connection is secure from the cradle to the PC.
Make sure the USB cable has no defect.
If there is no problem with the connection itself, check if the "USB connection permit on the desktop PC" is checked on the settings of Microsoft ActiveSync.
